Job Responsibilities :
Razer Game Services is seeking a highly motivated and data-driven Performance Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be a key player in driving user growth for our games in key emerging regions, including SEA, LATAM, and MENA. You will work closely with the Razer Game Services team to develop, execute, and optimize impactful user acquisition campaigns across various channels to achieve growth targets.Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and optimize user acquisition campaigns across multiple platforms, including Meta, Google, TikTok, and others, to drive downloads.
Prepare the marketing budget and define the marketing mix based on CPI and install volume targets.
Execute performance marketing and user acquisition plans at different stages of a game's lifecycle (soft launch, hard launch, and sustain).
Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics (CPI, conversion rates, ROAS), and adjust strategies in real-time to ensure objectives are met.
Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns across multiple channels, including search, social media, programmatic, and mobile advertising.
Analyze and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and provide data-driven recommendations for optimization.
Conduct competitor marketing analysis to identify opportunities and strengthen in-house initiatives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, community, creative) to develop integrated marketing campaigns and delivery plans to enhance ROI.
Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in mobile gaming marketing and user acquisition.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
At least 5 years of proven experience in Digital Marketing, with a strong focus on mobile game marketing.
Demonstrated success in executing and managing user acquisition campaigns across various channels (e.g., Meta, Google, TikTok).
Strong understanding of mobile game marketing strategies and best practices.
Experience with Mobile Measurement Partners (e.g., Appsflyer, Adjust).
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
Passion for gaming and a deep understanding of player psychology, motivations, and cultural preferences.
