ABOUT THE POSITION

We are seeking a passionate Senior Producer with strong communication and project management skills, and preferably with a videogames production background.

You'll play a key role in the planning and delivery of features for video games, coordinate with our development team and partner studios, and drive some of the most exciting AAA titles in the video game industry.

A sense of direction and follow-up skills are a must, as well as the ability to anticipate production issues and find effective solutions.   • Independently lead a videogame project, from onboarding phase all the way to submission, first party approval & post-launch support or leading multiple medium-size co-development projects in parallel with a team of Associate Producers.
  • Engage with department leads and the development team to define project requirements, resource needs, and establish task schedules.
  • Set project goals and its milestones with a good understanding of the project scope and constraints, generate reports and documents needed to keep visibility on project progress.
  • Coordinate team activities to ensure that project tasks are prioritised and completed according to established roadmaps, making sure both timeliness and quality are under control.
  • Assist Directors and/or leads with planning and tracking (team needs and project objectives).
  • Collaborate with development teams to remove blockers during production.
  • Ensure timely delivery of assets and milestones and participate in review meetings.
  • Provide mentoring and training to Producers and Associate Producers and assist with interview & hiring process of these roles.

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience and at least one shipped title in a producer role on the development of a video game, ideally with PC and Console (Gen 8 or Gen 9).
  • A solid understanding of production management methodologies including (Waterfall, Agile).
  • Good knowledge of tools and technologies involved in production of video games.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and frequently with developers, artists and key stakeholders within the company or partners teams.
  • Knowledge of software development processes, project management, and risk mitigation.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, utilizing both oral and written communication.
  • Proactive and positive attitude with the willingness to support the team and project.
  • Strong leadership skills, able to drive various functions through the whole development process.
  • Experience with internal and external stakeholder management.
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills to deliver quality projects within tight deadlines.
  • Passion for video games and the industry.
  • Fluent English language skills.

Advantageous Skills

  • Solid understanding of PC & console games.
  • Understanding of game engines such as Unity and Unreal Engine.
