With more exciting projects coming our way, we are currently looking for two new Senior Product Managers for the Sloped Roof Windows category – the backbone of the VELUX product portfolio.

Step into an impactful role within our Global Product Management team, where you will work to create commercial success of both new and existing products within the Sloped Roof Windows category. Acting as the voice of our customers and professional partners, you’ll bridge market insights with product development, shaping innovative solutions from concept to completion.

What you do

As part of a team of 15 skilled colleagues, you will collaborate across diverse functions and teams to champion the success of our products. Your responsibilities will span both strategic initiatives and operational excellence, making this a varied and multifaceted role.

In new product development, you will act as the commercial representative, aligning cross-functional stakeholders from project management, technical, commercial, and sales teams. You will collect, analyze, and synthesize market insights and customer requirements to guide product development while ensuring compliance with global regulations. As the market lead, you will effectively communicate findings and decisions to the relevant development teams, helping to bring new ideas to life.

For existing products, you will be part of projects focused on optimizing and refining the product portfolio. This includes addressing evolving customer needs, regulatory changes, and advancing our ambition to achieve carbon neutrality. In this capacity, you will be an important part of in ensuring product quality and customer satisfaction while delivering on our sustainability goals.

You will act as the voice of our customers and professional partners, maintaining close collaboration with our global and local Sales and Marketing organizations. This includes addressing strategic and operational challenges, responding to product-specific inquiries, coordinating transitions, and managing communication around product updates. Through this work, you will build strong connections and ensure continuous improvements.

Based at our Head Office in Hørsholm, this role offers flexibility to work from home up to two days per week. As part of a global organization, you can also expect limited travel domestically and internationally.

Who you are

We are looking for a professional with solid experience working with technical products, either in a product development or commercial role. Given the technical nature of our offerings, you bring a great technical understanding, gained through higher education or hands-on experience in a similar position.

You demonstrate advanced interpersonal and communication skills that enable you to navigate a matrix organization and facilitate decision-making in a complex stakeholder environment. You thrive in collaborative settings, working with diverse teams, and have a natural ability to translate complex technical information into clear, accessible insights for non-technical audiences.

You are motivated by mowing projects forward and achieving tangible results. With a mindset focused on continuous improvement, you are not afraid to challenge the status quo and engage in constructive dialogue to achieve shared goals.

Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is essential for this role, ensuring effective communication across our global organization.
