  • Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and data teams to deliver high-quality features efficiently.
  • Analyze data to generate insights and ensure the product delivers measurable value to users and the business.
  • Ensure the product meets quality standards, addressing any technical, functional, or business issues effectively.
  • Act as an advocate for the customer, incorporating their feedback into the product development process.
  • Maintain a clear product roadmap, prioritizing initiatives that align with long-term goals and immediate needs.
  • Partner with the design team to create user-friendly and effective product experiences.
  • Engage with stakeholders to understand their requirements and integrate them into product decisions seamlessly.

Qualifications
  • Significant experience in a Product Manager role, ideally in a fast-paced or startup environment (would be ideal to have 5+ years’ experience)
  • Expertise in defining features, translating customer needs into actionable product plans, and setting clear, achievable goals.
  • Proven success in working with engineering and design teams to rapidly deliver product features aligned with strategic objectives.
  • Strong understanding of quality assurance, ensuring product performance across various devices, platforms, and use cases.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from data and use them to guide decisions and meet business goals.
  • Skilled at gathering and applying user feedback to enhance product functionality and engagement.
  • Experience in user experience design, ensuring seamless and intuitive customer interactions.
  • Ability to connect product initiatives with larger business goals to deliver tangible outcomes.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders and ensure alignment.
  • Proactive approach to managing stakeholder needs and integrating them into product strategies effectively.
