Help shape the future of cross-border commerce at Amazon! We're seeking an exceptional Senior Product Manager to lead our trade compliance products across the EU and UK. In an evolving regulatory landscape, you will define and deliver solutions that enable seamless cross-border operations for Amazon and our Selling Partners while ensuring compliance. Your work will directly impact Amazon's growth and our Selling Partners success by ensuring operational efficiency, reducing costs, increasing selection, while complying with regulations. You have strong product management skills and thrives in an agile, ambiguous, dynamic environment, balancing the needs of multiple Customers (Amazon, Selling Partners, Carriers, Authorities). Your products will influence cross VP organizations goals. You will be empowered to define the product experience and you will own the roadmap and its delivery, collaborating closely with other product managers and software development teams. You are also detail-oriented and obsess over data and Customer experience, you can prioritize and deliver on multiple parallel tasks, enjoy collaborative environment, are strong in management of a variety of business and technical stakeholders, and have strong written and oral English communication skills. You are excited about the positive impact they can achieve by enabling cross-border movement of goods while maintaining a high bar on compliance. Key job responsibilities - Define the vision and solution to complex problems related to cross-border movement of goods, to ensure operational continuity and seamless experience for Sellers. - Own your product roadmap and prioritize resources. Identify opportunities, create business cases, and champion your vision to build organizational alignment around priorities, features, and capabilities required. - Write requirements and specifications to meet business requirements and drive the product development schedule from definition to release together with software development teams. - Obsess over product and experience metrics to identify product gaps, proactively identify gaps and propose solutions, and actively seek ways to improve product-related process efficiencies and effectiveness - Work closely with software engineering, business, operations, product managers, and compliance teams to define and improve your product - Build consensus among stakeholders on product direction and technical implementation. About the team You will join a diverse team of product, program, risk, and policy managers, where different perspectives and experiences are encouraged and combined to build exceptional products in a dynamic environment.
- Demonstrated ability to successfully influence stakeholders without formal authority, leading cross functional teams across business units.
- Proven ability to identify, analyze, and solve ambiguous problems, showing a track record of making business decisions using relevant data and insights.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects and competing priorities.
- Demonstrated track record of strong written and verbal communication to gain buy-in for product direction and crisply communicate product status updates.
- User research and presentation skills with the ability to successfully interact with customers.
