We are a supportive, tight-knit team who enjoy finding ways each day to collaborate and support customers and colleagues. The team have broad skillsets from diverse career backgrounds, we foster these differences in everything we do.

What do we want you to know before you apply?

We are ideally looking for someone with previous product & people leadership experience, including leading product management or delivery teams.

What is your management style?

I like to give my team plenty of autonomy, but provide guidance up front and support as and when needed. I'm always available to escalate, and remove roadblocks to ensure that we achieve desired outcomes for our customers and colleagues.

What will success look like for the candidate in this role?

The candidate will focus on delivery, with a bias to decision making. There is a large road map of change CP&S are executing and our senior tīma members are driving this in their portfolios.
