We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to take ownership of our B2B2C product features, which include, but are not limited to our Payments integrations, Guest Payments, and Invoicing.

In this role, you'll drive our Payments team, and you'll leverage your analytical capabilities to develop impactful product roadmaps. If you're passionate about data-driven products and delivering exceptional customer experiences, this is your opportunity!

About the role

• Lead the vision, launch, and optimization of B2B and B2C payment products, ensuring robust security and PCI compliance.
• Use data to prioritize features, define KPIs (e.g., authorization rates), and drive measurable improvements in conversion, cost, and reliability.
• Continuously monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes to ensure our payments solutions remain innovative, competitive, and compliant.
• Engage directly with customers to gather feedback, conduct user interviews, and translate insights into actionable product enhancements.
• Collaborate with other product leaders to define priorities, gather requirements, and align on development scopes.
• Develop and maintain a forward-looking product roadmap, balancing immediate needs with long-term strategy and stakeholder alignment.

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager in SaaS plus extensive experience within the Payments domain.
• Exceptional analytical skills and a proven ability to interpret complex data sets, draw actionable insights, and guide strategic decisions.
• Proven ability to independently solve complex problems using structured frameworks and cross-functional collaboration.
• Excellent product specification skills with attention to detail and strategic alignment.
• Demonstrated capability in project execution, coordinating complex projects, and ensuring product reliability.
• Ability to create comprehensive, forward-looking product roadmaps that balance short-term execution with long-term strategic goals.
• You have exceptional interpersonal skills with a proven ability to collaborate, influence, and drive consensus amongst team members and various management levels.
• Strong experience conducting user research and effectively translating customer insights into actionable product strategies.
