About the Opportunity
As a Senior Program Coordinator for the Single Digital Patient record, you will be responsible for leading the portfolio program support function across a range of projects including planning and coordination, scheduling and tracking progress documentation, and reporting.
In this role, you will:
  • Coordinate and oversee program-wide activities including planning, scheduling, governance support, and reporting across multiple projects
  • Support clinical engagement by building strong relationships with clinicians, SMEs, and operational stakeholders
  • Contribute to program governance through tracking milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies
  • Provide strategic advice and insights to inform project planning, delivery, and governance.
  • Drive consistency in program processes, documentation, and reporting

About You
We are looking for someone who brings a strong understanding of service delivery environments, combined with excellent coordination and program support skills:
  • Clinical background is desirable (e.g. nursing, allied health, clinical systems, or healthcare service delivery)
  • Demonstrates extensive experience coordinating medium to large projects at a program or portfolio level within complex service organisations.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities, timelines, and stakeholders
  • Experience supporting governance, reporting, risk and issue management
Excels in prioritising competing demands in a high-volume environment, maintaining a strong customer-focused approach to achieve outcomes.
