- Plan and manage multi-workstream transformation initiatives, maintaining control over scope, timelines, and budgets.
- Translate strategic objectives into actionable roadmaps, OKRs/KPIs, and effective governance and delivery cadences.
- Lead change management activities, including stakeholder engagement, communication, and adoption measurement, using established methodologies.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate cross-functional risks and dependencies, coordinating resolutions across Finance, IT, Commercial, and other business units.
- Establish and maintain program dashboards and provide clear, decision-ready reporting to senior leadership.
- Coach and enable project teams by standardizing methods, tools, and templates to ensure consistent, high-quality delivery. Foster strong collaboration and alignment across the organization to ensure successful program outcomes.
Preferred Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum 7-10 years of experience leading complex, cross-functional transformation programs.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver results, influence without formal authority, and build alignment at executive level.
- Strong command of Agile/Hybrid and traditional project management approaches, combined with solid change management expertise.
- Proficiency in project and portfolio management tools, KPI dashboards, and stakeholder management.
- Excellent communication skills and a structured, analytical approach to problem-solving.
- Preferred certifications: PMP, PgMP, Prosci, or Agile certifications (e.g. CSM). Experience with Finance processes, reporting and analytics, ERP and consolidation systems, and compliance.
