The Glenview Hotel which is situated in Co. Wicklow only 20 minutes from Dublin city centre, on a magnificent panoramic site overlooking the Garden of Ireland are now recruiting for a Reception Supervisor to joint our fantastic team.
If you are customer service focused, with attention to details and who would like to share our passion for delivering the highest standards to our guests then we would like to hear from you.
Requirements
- Minimum 2/3 year Hotel Front Office experience or customer service experience
- IT literate
- Opera experience desired or any other Reception operating system
- Friendly, positive, approachable character
- Anticipate customer needs and to satisfy same
- Delivery of high standards of customer care as required by company policy
- Greet guests upon arrival
- Checking guests in and out
