Your responsibilities at waterdrop:
You act as a strategic partner to hiring managers and translate business goals into smart hiring strategies.
You own the full end-to-end recruitment process for senior and critical roles – from sourcing to closing.
You proactively shape workforce planning and anticipate future hiring needs in a fast-scaling environment.
You actively support and strengthen our employer brand across all candidate touchpoints.
You continuously improve the candidate experience to ensure it’s authentic, inclusive and aligned with our culture.
You work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to drive hiring success and growth initiatives.
You own and further develop recruiting processes, tools and interview frameworks.
You track recruiting KPIs, turn data into insights and drive continuous improvement.
You stay on top of market trends and bring fresh ideas to attract and retain top talent.
Your strengths and qualifications:
3+ years of experience in recruiting, ideally in a scale-up or fast-growing environment.
Fluency in English, German is a plus
Strong end-to-end recruiting expertise with a proven ability to hire senior and critical roles.
Strategic mindset paired with a hands-on, execution-driven approach.
Solid understanding of employer branding and candidate experience.
Confidence in working with senior stakeholders and advising hiring managers on market realities.
Data-driven thinking and experience with recruiting KPIs and tools.
Passion for building scalable processes and continuously improving how things are done.
Curiosity, ownership and the drive to challenge the status quo.

The minimum salary for this position is EUR 55.000,00 gross per year on a full-time basis. Depending on your qualifications, there is the willingness for overpayment.
