The Role

We are seeking an accomplished Senior Regional HR Manager (HRBP Lead) to join our dynamic organization and provide crucial support to the Chief People Officer. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR looking after six countries. Your leadership will be instrumental in guiding a team of People Business Partners (PBPs) to deliver exceptional HR services and strategic initiatives. As a key member of our leadership team, you will also play a vital role in shaping and implementing HR strategies that align with our organizational goals and values.

Your expertise will be crucial in cultivating a positive and inclusive work culture, spearheading innovative talent acquisition strategies, enhancing employee engagement programs, developing comprehensive learning and development initiatives, and implementing effective retention strategies.

This position requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in multi-country HR management, who can navigate complex cultural landscapes and drive organizational excellence through people-centric approaches.


Your responsibilities will include:


  • Leading and managing a diverse team of HR Business Partners across six countries, providing clear direction, guidance, and mentorship to ensure consistency in HR practices, compliance with company policies, and alignment with global HR strategies.
  • Contribute to HR strategy development by providing insights, data analysis, and recommendations based on industry trends and internal assessments.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to understand organizational needs and implement HR initiatives that drive performance and employee engagement.
  • Lead and oversee the implementation of various HR programs, ensuring timely delivery, effective communication, and stakeholder engagement throughout the process.
  • Work closely with other departments in People and Talent function to align HR programs with overall business objectives and foster collaboration to achieve shared goals.
  • Provide guidance on talent management, workforce planning, and organizational development.
  • Design and implement programs to enhance employee engagement, job satisfaction, workplace morale, work-life balance, and employee well-being.
  • Foster a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion, ensuring a respectful and inclusive work environment.

  • In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulatory compliance.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and implementing HR programs from conception to completion.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership abilities.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools

Good to have:


  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A master's degree or HR certification is a plus.
  • 10+ years of experience in a Senior HR role, preferably ecommerce experience
