Job Title: Independent RAM Consultant (Contract - 1099)
Focus: Monte Carlo Lifecycle Simulation
Scope of Work:
- Build and validate complex Reliability Block Diagrams (RBDs) for industrial assets.
- Execute multi-iteration Monte Carlo simulations (minimum 10,000 runs) to map asset availability and system bottlenecks.
- Deliver availability sensitivity curves and critical spare parts optimization reports.
Mandatory Requirements:
- Must possess a valid, independent commercial software license (e.g., ReliaSoft BlockSim, Isograph Availability Workbench, Maros, or equivalent).
- Proven experience utilizing industrial failure databases (OREDA, ISO 14224, or IEEE).
- ASQ Certified Reliability Engineer (CRE) or SMRP Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional (CMRP) preferred.
Pay: $100.00 - $200.00 per hour
