About the Role

We are currently recruiting a confident and experienced Senior Sales Assistant / Keyholder to join Suits Select/Paraffin Store Galway, located in Edward Square. This is a key role within our store — we are looking for someone who can deliver exceptional customer service, take ownership of the shop floor, and support the day-to-day running of the business.At Suits Select, we specialise in suits, formalwear and casualwear so this role requires someone who is confident working closely with customers, providing styling advice, and managing high-value sales. You will also be trusted to take responsibility for the store in the manager’s absence.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver a high level of personalised customer service (including suit fittings and styling advice)- Drive sales and confidently close transactions- Open and close the store as a keyholder- Support the day-to-day running of the shop floor- Maintain excellent store presentation and visual standards- Handle busy periods professionally and efficiently

What We’re Looking For

- Previous retail experience (fashion or menswear preferred)- Strong communication and sales skills- A confident, reliable, and responsible approach- Ability to work independently and take initiative- Someone who can remain calm under pressure
