Position: Senior Sales Assistant / Sales Assistant
Type: Full-Time, Retail Assistants (Retail & Consumer Products)
Locations: Jewel Changi Airport Outlet, ION Building (Orchard)
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the retail outlet to ensure smooth functioning.
- Provide exceptional customer service, assisting shoppers and ensuring a pleasant experience.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked store environment.
- Accurately and efficiently process sales transactions.
- Assist with merchandising, ensuring products are stocked and displayed properly.
- Address customer inquiries, resolve any concerns, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve sales targets and store goals.
- Perform administrative tasks, such as stock ordering, inventory checks, and basic reporting.
- Take on any ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in a Retail or Customer Service environment.
- Strong customer service skills with a positive and outgoing personality.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is an advantage.
- Candidates with over 5 years of retail experience may be considered for a Senior Sales Assistant position.
- Part-time candidates are welcome to apply.
