Position: Senior Sales Assistant / Sales Assistant
Type: Full-Time, Retail Assistants (Retail & Consumer Products)
Locations: Jewel Changi Airport Outlet, ION Building (Orchard)

Responsibilities:

Oversee the daily operations of the retail outlet to ensure smooth functioning.
Provide exceptional customer service, assisting shoppers and ensuring a pleasant experience.
Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked store environment.
Accurately and efficiently process sales transactions.
Assist with merchandising, ensuring products are stocked and displayed properly.
Address customer inquiries, resolve any concerns, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Work collaboratively with team members to achieve sales targets and store goals.
Perform administrative tasks, such as stock ordering, inventory checks, and basic reporting.
Take on any ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:

A minimum of 1 year of experience in a Retail or Customer Service environment.
Strong customer service skills with a positive and outgoing personality.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is an advantage.
Candidates with over 5 years of retail experience may be considered for a Senior Sales Assistant position.
