Passive House Systems are distributors of products used during the construction of low energy buildings. Our customers are builders merchants throughout the UK and Ireland.
Because of continued growth, we are looking to fill the following (new) role, which will be based in our Ballincollig offices.
About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented, customer-focused Senior Sales Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in supporting the sales process, maintaining client satisfaction, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations for both our sales team and our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a liaison between the sales team, internal departments, and clients to ensure accurate communication and efficient workflow.
- Assisting Sales Representatives with their weekly plans in relation to mileage, time management and customers to be visited.
- Tracking outcomes of meetings and ensuring key items are tracked on the CRM.
- Supporting the reps with quotes for builder merchants, this includes promoting special offers.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling.
- Ensure efficient management of existing and potential customers.
- Prepare and manage client documentation, proposals, presentations, and terms.
- Assist in managing key accounts by responding to client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of customer service.
- Maintain and update accurate customer and sales data, together with providing analysis of the date.
- Generate sales reports and assist in analysing performance metrics.
- Process sales orders and ensure timely delivery in collaboration with operations or logistics teams.
- Support onboarding of new clients and help with account setup.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and suggest process improvements.
- Support and interface with colleagues, including order processing, marketing, accounts, warehousing and of course the field sales staff.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in a sales support, account coordination, or administrative role and ideally from a builders merchant/ builders providers background.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with SAGE and/or Intact an advantage.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer-first mindset with a problem-solving attitude.
- To have a positive attitude and mindset.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: €40,000.00-€55,000.00 per year
