Description:
About the role
This is more than a sales role — it’s a chance to establish yourself as a senior sales performer and future leader within a high-performing dealership.

• Deliver an exceptional end-to-end luxury customer experience
• Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs
• Build and maintain a strong customer pipeline
• Provide guidance and informal mentorship to junior team members
• Maintain deep product knowledge across the Mercedes-Benz range
• Manage CRM activity, customer follow-ups, and reporting
• Support dealership initiatives and contribute to team success
• Uphold brand standards and represent the business with professionalism
