Our Helsinki-based Cross-Asset Derivatives Sales team works closely with institutional clients to support their investment and risk management needs in a competitive and fast-paced market environment.

Our team specializes in providing institutional clients with tailored solutions, including exchange-traded derivatives, ETFs, and bespoke derivative strategies. Your responsibilities

As a Senior Advisory Sales professional, you will focus on identifying business opportunities, delivering tailored solutions, and building trusted partnerships with clients. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Engaging with Finnish and Nordic institutional clients to understand their needs and provide customised derivative and ETF solutions.
• Collaborating with our global cross-asset strategy team to develop and communicate allocation views based on market insights.
• Identifying and pursuing new revenue opportunities while expanding the client base.
• Designing and presenting bespoke allocation and trading strategies aligned with clients’ objectives.
• Providing high-quality client service and ensuring smooth day-to-day interactions to build trust and establish long-term relationships.

• Collaborating with sales, trading, and research teams across Danske Bank to develop competitive and innovative solutions.
  

What we are looking for

• Has a proven track record in financial market sales or portfolio management, with a focus on delivering results.
• Has a keen interest in financial markets, particularly macroeconomics, cross-asset derivatives, and ETFs.
• Demonstrates a commercial mindset and the ability to think both strategically and tactically and at same time upholds high ethical standards and demonstrates attention to detail.
• Is organised, competitive, and able to prioritise effectively in a dynamic environment.
• Is fluent in Finnish and English (knowledge of another Nordic language is an advantage).
• Holds a university degree, preferably in finance, economics, or a related field.
Possesses strong knowledge of the institutional client base and a well-established network, particularly in Finland.
