Your role with us
As a Senior Sales Representative, you are the heart of our sales activities in Northern Germany.
You will report directly to the Sales Manager and play a key role in the further development and strengthening of our market position in the region.
Your main task will be to deepen our relationships with existing specialist retail partners and build new, valuable partnerships.
Your tasks
- Developing and maintaining long-term relationships with existing and new specialist retail partners.
- Analysis of the market and identification of business opportunities in the region.
- Carrying out product presentations and training for specialist dealers and their employees.
- Attend trade shows and industry events to expand our network and represent our brand.
- Regular reporting and close collaboration with internal sales to optimize sales strategies.
What you bring with you
- At least 5 years of sales experience, preferably in the bicycle or e-bike industry.
- An existing network of specialist dealers in northern Germany is a decisive advantage.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships.
- Independent way of working, high motivation and striving for continuous improvement.
- Willingness to travel regularly within the region.
