Are you motivated by driving commercial performance across markets?

As our Senior Sales Responsible for VILA, you take ownership of sales performance across Germany, Austria and Switzerland, driving results in close collaboration with the International Sales Manager and Country Sales Managers. You turn insights into action and ensure strong execution.

THE TEAM
You will be part of VILA’s sales organisation, working closely with local sales teams across markets to support performance and execution. In this role, you will operate internationally, ensuring that strategies and collections are aligned with market needs. You will also act as a key sparring partner to Design and Buying, strengthening the link between creative vision and commercial performance, and driving VILA’s continued growth.

THE JOB
You will own sales performance and drive growth for VILA across the DACH markets. In close collaboration with Country Sales Managers, you set direction, ensure strong execution, and drive results across markets. You translate insights into commercial actions and influence the product mix based on market needs.

Your key focus:

  • Drive sales performance and deliver on targets and budgets across all markets
  • Take full ownership of key KPIs, ensuring daily follow-up and acting fast to optimize sales
  • Engage and develop a strong partnership with the Country Sales Managers to ensure effective local execution
  • Develop and execute commercial and country plans
  • Drive new business opportunities and strengthen key partnerships
  • Collaborate broadly, both internally and externally and take ownership

YOUR PROFILE
You know how to drive sales performance across markets and build strong, trust-based relationships with stakeholders. With strong commercial and analytical skills, you identify opportunities, act fast, and turn plans into results. You take ownership, challenge the business, and contribute to growth.

We imagine that you:

  • Have 5+ years of sales experience
  • Are a hands-on sales profile who can motivate others and lead by example
  • Have a solid understanding of budgets, KPIs, and financial performance
  • Have a digital mindset and use data to drive decisions
  • Understand how to translate customer and market needs into the right product mix
  • Communicate fluently in English – German is an advantage
