Senior Service advisor required for Toyota Main Dealer in Ennis, Co. Clare

Cummins Car Centre are seeking a customer-focused Senior Service Advisor in our Service Department.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with Irelands top selling car brand.

The day to day

· Handle telephone calls and walk in requests from customers wishing to book service or repair work or customers wishing to purchase parts.

· Determine workshop availability using the workshop loading or booking system.

· Meet and greet workshop customers when they arrive with their vehicle.

· Determine in full customer requirements and/or complaints and capture these on a Repair Order, compile relevant campaign or repair history documentation for communication to the workshop.

· Ensure that customers’ expectations of cost and time align with the reality of the business and updated as necessary.

· Liase with motor technicians re work to be performed on vehicles.

· Obtain approval for any additional work found on Vehicle Health Checks or through the normal course of repair.

· Monitor vehicle return time, and advise the customer should there be any change to the previously understood time of return.

· Hand back the car to the customer, explain all service and repair work completed item by item and how this is reflected in costs.

· Accept and process customer orders for parts liasing with our Parts department.

· At all times contribute to the delivery of the best possible customer experience.

· Assume some appointed duties of the Service Manager or other staff members in their absence.

Principal Requirements

• Interest in Cars / Car servicing / Parts.
• Experience in a franchise dealership environment or Parts Role.
• Good team working skills.
• Knowledge of vehicle service and repair processes.
• Excellent communication and customer handling skills.
• Confident in using various computer packages daily.
• Proficiency with dealership management systems would be an advantage .
• Clean Irish/EU driving license.
