Description:
The role:

Install and Service Equipment: Ensure installations and services meet standards by planning, testing, supervising, addressing malfunctions, and ensuring safety. Complete and submit all related paperwork.
Provide Technical Support to Engineers and Sales: Maintain up-to-date technical knowledge, assist sales staff with technical queries, provide sales leads, and promote company products.
Provide Product Feedback to Manufacturers: Identify and communicate product issues to overseas manufacturers using established procedures.
Complete Equipment Modifications: Analyse and perform necessary equipment modifications, ensuring they meet safety standards and customer requirements, while documenting changes according to corporate guidelines.

Skills and Experiences:
What we are looking for

Over 5 years of experience in medical imaging equipment engineering
Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering or similar tertiary qualifications or a qualified electrician
Electrical Disconnect/Reconnect license
X-Ray license (EPA/Radiation use) - desirable
Experience working with computers and networking
Demonstrated experience in relationship management with medical professionals
