Senior Site Engineer – Civil (Plotting Projects)

We are seeking a Senior Site Engineer (Civil) to oversee the end-to-end execution of our plotting and township land development projects. In this role, you will manage site infrastructure (roads, drainage, utilities), coordinate contractors, and ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily site execution for earthwork, road development (WBM/WMM/Asphalt), drainage, and utilities.
• Manage contractors, verify site measurements, and review RA bills against BOQs.
• Conduct quality control inspections, material testing, and maintain QA/QC documentation.
• Coordinate layout markings and plot demarcations with surveying teams.

Requirements

• Education: BE / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
• Experience: 4-8years (must include experience in plotting, township, or land development projects).
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and project tracking tools.
• Familiarity with local regulations in Tier 2 markets.

Pay: Up to ₹1,000,000.00 per month
