Job Description:We are looking for a highly skilled and passionate Senior Software Engineer to join our growing technology team in Indore. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and scaling high-performance software applications. You will work closely with product managers and junior developers to deliver robust, clean, and maintainable code.If you have strong problem-solving skills, a solid understanding of system architecture, and a proven track record of building scalable web applications, we want to hear from you.Key Responsibilities:Design and develop scalable, secure, and high-performance backend and frontend systems.Write clean, well-documented, and testable code adhering to industry best practices.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.Optimize application performance, fix bugs, and ensure system reliability.Mentor and guide junior developers, conducting regular code reviews.Contribute to system architecture decisions and database design.Required Skills & Qualifications:Education: B.Tech / B.E. / MCA in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Core Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience.Tech Stack Expertise: Strong hands-on experience in at least one major ecosystem (Node.js, Python, Java, or React/Angular).Database Knowledge: Deep understanding of SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis) databases.Cloud & DevOps: Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and CI/CD pipelines.Tools: Excellent command over Git, Docker, and agile development methodologies.Soft Skills: Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.Benefits & Perks:Competitive salary (₹10 LPA - ₹20 LPA)Health Insurance and PF benefitsProfessional growth and learning opportunitiesCollaborative and employee-friendly work environment
