The Digital & Process Performance function serves as the transformation engine driving the upgrade of our digital core. By digitalizing our operations, we aim to enhance efficiency and effectiveness, deliver superior customer experiences, mitigate risks, and ensure business continuity—all while paving the way for next-generation innovations.
The Digital & Process Performance function is organized into key teams to drive transformation effectively. Processes & Applications focuses on modernizing core business processes, while Data & Analytics enables data-driven decision-making. IT Operations ensures reliable and secure IT infrastructure, and the Transformation Management Office drives Huhtamaki wide business transformation initiatives with strategic goals.
We are now looking for a talented Senior Solution Design Owner to join our team of Customer Excellence. This role is located in Espoo, Finland and it reports to the Senior Solution Manager, Customer Excellence.

Responsibilities and key activities:
  • Own technical solution design originating from commercial processes ensuring alignment with business needs, strategic goals and enterprise architecture.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and Lead multi vendor ecosystem ensuring clarity of E2E and fit to need solution designs.
  • Provide guidance and support for solution implementation, ensuring successful deployment.
  • Evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools and monitoring existing product roadmaps and quarterly upgrades.
  • Ensure compliance with security and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of solution designs and conduct testing to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
  • Build and secure that key IT best practices related to development, deployment and documentation are followed.
  • Accountable for ITIL practices within Customer Excellence
  • Development of the CRM and surrounding application ecosystem
  • Support with major and complex incident and service requests
Requirements for the role:
  • Min. 5 years of experience in solution design, industry best practices and out-of-box functionalities of key CRM platforms & surrounding systems.
  • Strong understanding of solution development and integration.
  • Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams, ability to lead and do network facilitation and secure efficient co-creation in international, multivendor environment
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Continuous improvement mindset
  • Previous sales experience is seen as a plus
  • Previous experience from the consumer industry is seen as a plus
  • Share our values Care, Dare and Deliver
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken) is a must, Finnish is seen as a plus
  • Min. Bachelor’s degree in IT, computer science, data science or a related field.
