DESCRIPTION DU POSTE
Sap SuccessFactors est le leader des solutions de Human Capital Management. Rattaché(e) au directeur commercial HXM France, vous êtes responsable d’un territoire en France pour les comptes qui vous sont attribués et de l’atteinte des objectifs fixés par l’entreprise. Il s’agit d’un poste de conquête de nouveaux clients de développement de clients existants HXM. Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec les équipes Avant-Ventes, Professional Services et Produit pour garantir le meilleur niveau d’information (stratégie, vision, information produit, best practices, Go To Market).
Votre objectif sera l’atteinte de quota New et Renewal. Afin d’atteindre cet objectif, vous devrez mettre en place un business plan complet sur son territoire en générant un pipeline d’à minima 3.5X votre quota. Vous êtes responsable d’identifier et qualifier ces opportunités, et de développer et mener la stratégie pertinente afin de réussir le cycle de vente
ATTENTES & TACHES
- Travailler en coordination avec les GAM et les équipes de compte pour développer et exécuter les plans d’action pour créer son pipeline HXM.
- Travailler avec l’équipe ce compte pour identifier des opportunités HXM sur les comptes ciblés et mener des plans de comptes sur les affaires stratégiques.
- Comprendre et aligner les besoins des prospects avec les offres de SAP HXM.
- Organiser/ planifier et gérer les phases du cycle de vente de la qualification de leads à la conclusion du cycle de vente
- Animer et coordonner les réponses aux RFP et demandes des prospects, avec le support de l’Avant-Vente et des Alliances.
- Négocier les conditions commerciales et contractuelles avec les prospects en collaboration avec le support du Service Juridique
- Participer aux événements Marketing : webinaires, conférences, etc.
EXPERIENCE PROFESSIONNELLE
- 5+ années d’expérience en vente de SaaS et/ou progiciels.
- Expérience sur le marché du HCM
- Historique d’objectifs atteints
- Expérience de ventes complexes sur des grands et très grands comptes multinationaux
- Expérience de relations avec les CxO (CHRO et CIO)
FORMATION, CONNAISSANCES & COMPETENCES
- Formation en méthodes de vente
- Très bonne capacité de communication en anglais et en français
- Esprit d’équipe et très bonne capacité de collaboration
- Compétences en présentations (orales et écrites)
- Connaissance en ventes complexes
