The Role
Reporting to our Executive Head Chef and Head Chef, you will require strong leadership capabilities and be able to run the kitchen in the absence of the Executive Head and Head Chef. As a senior sous chef you will be a professional, focused chef with a flare and passion for food presentation. We are looking for someone with experience working as a Sous Chef who will work with the management team to oversee the smooth running of our kitchen.
About The Role
- Ensuring consistency and high standards of food for our restaurant & bar and conference and banqueting.
- Managing the operations of the kitchen in an organised, hygienic manner at all times ensuring the HACCP regulations are adhered to
- Developing the kitchen chef team
- Ensuring the smooth running of food services in the absence of the executive head and head chef
Required Criteria
Candidate must have a minimum of three years experience as a chefDesired Criteria
Previous experience as a sous chefSkills Needed
Chefing Skills, Food Costing Skills, HACCP/Food Safety Management Skills, Supervisory Skills
