Pastuso is a gem of Melbourne's restaurant scene, and undoubtedly one of Australia's finest Peruvian restaurants. Positioned on near AC/DC Lane, our prime location means that the CBD is on your doorstep when it’s time to treat yourself in town. This is an opportunity for an experienced Sous Chef to take the next step, playing a key leadership role in one of Melbourne's leading restaurant groups.
