Senior Specialist, Marketing & Communications

Role Overview:
We are looking for a versatile and energetic Senior Specialist, Marketing & Communications to lead our local brand presence and engagement efforts. This role is ideal for someone who is equally comfortable crafting a content calendar as they are rolling up their sleeves at an on-ground event. You will manage social media and online campaigns, while also planning and executing offline partnerships and events to drive brand awareness and ridership.

Key Responsibilities:

Digital Marketing & Content:

  • Own and manage HelloRide Singapore’s official social media accounts (IG, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Develop monthly content calendars, working with internal teams and creative vendors
  • Create or adapt content in alignment with local campaigns, promotions, or community themes
  • Track performance metrics (engagement, follower growth, CTR) and optimize accordingly
  • Manage basic paid ad campaigns, or coordinate with performance marketing partners

Offline Marketing & Partnerships:

  • Plan and execute local events such as lifestyle activations, community rides, or co-branded pop-ups
  • Work with strategic partners (cafés, gyms, wellness brands, dating/lifestyle platforms) to run creative collaborations
  • Liaise with government or grassroots organizations for visibility at public events or mobility campaigns
  • Coordinate logistics, branding, and post-event reporting for all offline activities

General:

  • Monitor market trends and competitor marketing activity
  • Support communications for public relations and media when needed
  • Work closely with regional HQ to ensure brand consistency while adapting for local relevance
  • Maintain marketing assets and ensure accurate usage across all touchpoints

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing, with a mix of digital and offline experience preferred
  • Strong command of social media platforms and content best practices
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable managing vendors, creative agencies, or freelancers
  • Highly organized and hands-on — must be willing to attend or run events on weekends occasionally
  • Passion for urban mobility, sustainability, or lifestyle brands a plus
  • Bilingual in English and Chinese is mandatory

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $3,500.00 - $5,000.00 per month
