Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

As a Senior Specialist Product Management, you will drive revenue and design-wins for Infineon’s memory portfolio across EMEA. Shape strategy, engage customers, and turn market insights into action from launch to EOL.

• Drive revenue growth and design-win achievement for Infineon memory products across EMEA, owning the regional funnel and target attainment
• Partner with Sales to engage customers: deliver technical/marketing presentations, shape value propositions, and co-lead design-in campaigns
• Define and execute product positioning, pricing strategies, and promotional plans aligned to segment needs and competitive landscape
• Gather, synthesize, and present market and competitive intelligence from internal and external sources to inform regional strategy
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports on bookings, revenue, design-wins, and profitability; derive insights and corrective actions
• Plan and execute go-to-market for new product introductions; sustain mature-product revenue and funnel health through targeted programs
• Lead lifecycle management with customers, including ramp, maintenance, and end-of-life (EOL) transitions, minimizing risk and obsolescence

Your Profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

• Degree in engineering (e.g., Electrical, Electronics, Computer, Physics) or related field; additional business education/experience a plus
• Demonstrated interest and aptitude bridging technical and business domains; at least 1 year of experience in product marketing, application marketing, or product management
• Experience in semiconductors - ideally memory - is preferred; adjacent high-tech B2B experience considered
• Strong marketing analytics skills: market sizing, segmentation, pricing, profitability analysis, and forecasting; proficiency with Excel/BI/CRM tools
• Proven customer-facing capability and collaboration with Sales; ability to craft and deliver compelling value propositions and presentations
• Effective cross-functional communicator, aligning with R&D, Operations, Finance, and global Business Lines to execute regional plans
• Fluency in English and German; other EMEA languages are an advantage. Willingness to travel across the region (approximately 20–30%)
