Ongoing Full-Time opportunity
Location: McKell or Parramatta – hybrid working available with 2 days per week required in office
The Senior Systems Administrator, Signavio works closely with business stakeholders, process owners, and technical teams to enable process modelling, process governance, collaboration, and continuous improvement initiatives. The role also manages platform lifecycle activities, including user access and security, configuration management, integration support, release management, compliance, and the adoption of best-practice business process management methodologies across the organisation.
- Administer and maintain the SAP Signavio platform, ensuring it remains reliable, secure, available, and fit for business needs.
- Manage platform governance, security, and compliance, including user access, permissions, standards, and alignment with organisational policies.
- Support business stakeholders in process management activities, including process modelling, collaboration, process governance, and best-practice business process management.
- Monitor platform performance, usage, and adoption, identifying opportunities to improve user experience, data quality, process maturity, and business outcomes.
- Coordinate platform lifecycle management, including upgrades, releases, testing, integrations, issue resolution, vendor engagement, and continuous enhancement activities.
- Enable organisational process excellence and transformation, through user training, technical guidance, documentation, and support for continuous improvement initiatives.
The key challenges to be successful in this role
- Maintaining a trusted and well-governed enterprise process repository while meeting the diverse needs of business stakeholders across the organisation
- Driving consistent adoption of SAP Signavio standards, governance frameworks, and business process management practices across multiple business areas.
- Ensuring process models, process hierarchies, and supporting documentation remain accurate, current, and aligned with organisational objectives, compliance requirements, and operating models.\ Supporting stakeholders with varying levels of process management maturity and capability, requiring tailored guidance, coaching, and support.
- Managing competing stakeholder priorities and expectations in a complex and continuously evolving environment.
- Keeping abreast of emerging SAP Signavio capabilities, industry trends, and best-practice business process management methodologies to maximise value from the platform.
You are -
- Experienced systems and platform administrator with strong expertise in business process management and enterprise process governance.
- Demonstrated experience administering and supporting SAP Signavio or similar process management platforms, with a strong understanding of process modelling standards, governance frameworks, and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills and are able to collaborate effectively with business users, process owners, technical teams, and vendors to deliver high-quality outcomes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities enable you to manage platform performance, resolve issues, and identify opportunities to improve process maturity and organisational capability.
- Proactive, customer-focused, and committed to driving process excellence, ensuring the SAP Signavio platform delivers value and supports strategic business transformation initiatives.
