What You’ll Do:

  • Prepare and review financial statements, tax returns, and supporting schedules for individuals, partnerships, and corporations.
  • Assist with compilations in accordance with GAAP and firm standards
  • Collaborate with clients to resolve accounting and tax-related inquiries, including tax planning
  • Maintain organized workpapers and documentation for compliance and internal review
  • Stay current on tax laws, accounting standards, and industry best practices

We're looking for a candidate who brings a strong foundation in accounting and a genuine commitment to quality work and client service.   • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field (CPA or CPA-eligible is a bonus!)
  • 2+ years of experience in public accounting or related field
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and tax regulations
  • Proficiency in tools we use: primarily QuickBooks, Excel, and UltraTax
  • Excellent communication skills and a client-first mindset
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines with accuracy and professionalism

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $72,000.00 per year
