Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Team Lead – Quality to lead and manage the Quality function across multiple US Healthcare RCM processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving quality strategy, managing Quality Analysts and SMEs, ensuring adherence to client and regulatory standards, improving operational performance, and partnering with Operations, Training, and Leadership teams to achieve business goals.

This role requires a strong leader with deep domain expertise in US Healthcare RCM, excellent analytical capabilities, and a proven track record of managing quality teams in a Healthcare BPO/KPO environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Quality Leadership
  • Lead the Quality team, including Quality Analysts, Senior Quality Analysts, and Quality SMEs.

Operational Excellence

  • Monitor process quality, accuracy, compliance, and productivity across multiple teams.
  • Analyze audit findings and identify trends impacting operational performance.
  • Lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
  • Collaborate with Operations to reduce errors and improve first-time quality.

Client & Stakeholder Management

  • Participate in client quality reviews, calibration sessions, and governance meetings.
  • Present quality performance reports, dashboards, and improvement initiatives to leadership and clients.
  • Ensure adherence to client-specific quality parameters, SLAs, and KPIs.

Team Management

  • Mentor, coach, and develop Quality Team Leads, SMEs, and Analysts.
  • Conduct performance reviews, one-on-one coaching sessions, and development planning.
  • Identify training needs and work with the Learning & Development team to enhance team capabilities.
  • Drive employee engagement and build a high-performance quality organization.

Reporting & Analytics

  • Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly quality dashboards and MIS reports.
  • Analyze quality metrics and recommend strategic improvements.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to improve operational efficiency and client satisfaction.

Required Skills

  • Strong expertise in US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM).
  • Medical Billing
  • Accounts Receivable (AR)
  • Denial Management
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Expertise in Quality Audits, RCA, CAPA, and Continuous Improvement.
  • Strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Dashboards).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and coaching skills.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • Minimum 6–10 years of experience in US Healthcare RCM.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience leading Quality teams in a US Healthcare.
  • Experience in medical billing quality auditing is highly desirable.

Preferred Experience

Experience auditing any of the following processes:

  • Medical Billing
  • Accounts Receivable (AR)
  • Denial Management

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
