- Performs tasks for the support function of the Inside Sales unit, and follows administrative processes to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and quality of deliverables.
- Reviews market drivers and constraints to help identify impacts on the demand for products and services.
- Helps test new capabilities and technologies and enhances sales team operations in alignment with business objectives.
- Contributes to planning sessions and facilitates sales development and marketing solutions.
- Supports the brand development team in the design of messages for target audiences.
- Demonstrates Johnson & Johnson’s Leadership Imperatives and Credo.
