What is the role?
As a Senior Technician for our UPCOMING BRAND NEW Timezone Queen Street venue, you will be an integral part of our team that keeps our venue in slick operational order & ensures our team and guests are safe!

Your role will involve:

Ensuring the repair and maintenance of game machines and attractions.
Working closely with other technicians to troubleshoot effectively.
Ensuring that the equipment is operational and abides by TEEG’s Safety Management System.
Modelling the importance of the facilities operations.
Communicating effectively with the venue teams to ensure effective facility operations.
Oversee timely service and maintenance of all bowling machinery in venue, escalating where necessary.

This role is Full-Time, 40 hours per week!
We are currently estimated to open the doors of our venue in 4 months’ time! (approx. July 2025) However, there is potential this may change - in which case, we would love to train you in a nearby venue in the meantime!

You will be a true team player and have a razor-sharp focus on ensuring our guest experience is second to none. #safetyfirst

In addition, you will:

Possess a minimum of 3+ years of experience as a Technician
Experience in a customer service environment
Be technically minded with plenty of self-drive to proactively seek out tasks
Possess experience in a trade & have a savvy knack for all things techy/computer based
Natural ability in relationship building & communicating with both our guests and team on the floor
A true partner that can make themselves indispensable to the team
