Honestly Farm Kitchen in Strandhill is a busy farm-to-fork restaurant, organic burger grill, café and farm shop located on the Wild Atlantic Way. Known for warm, efficient service and great food, we serve a high volume of customers throughout the year, with a particularly busy summer season ahead.

Our service style combines warm hospitality with high-volume table service, creating a lively, fast-paced restaurant environment.

We are now recruiting experienced wait staff with strong table service experience to join our front-of-house team for an immediate start and through the busy season.

The Role

This is a customer-facing floor role, focused on professional table service, managing guest flow and maintaining a high standard of hospitality during busy services.

Barista and bar skills are also part of the role, supporting the wider FOH team during service.

Full-time position available

• 35–40 hours per week
• Shifts across daytime, evenings and weekends

Key Responsibilities

• Welcoming guests and managing the flow of service on the floor
• Delivering friendly, efficient full table service in a fast-paced restaurant environment
• Taking orders accurately and confidently
• Maintaining strong awareness of tables and guest needs throughout service
• Preparing coffee and supporting barista service when required
• Serving craft beers, wines and cocktails
• Working closely with kitchen and FOH colleagues to ensure smooth service
• Maintaining clean, organised service and bar areas

About You

• Minimum 1 year table service experience in a busy restaurant required
• Confident, warm and organised under pressure
• Comfortable managing multiple tables during busy service
• Barista experience required
• Bar or cocktail experience an advantage
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• A genuine interest in hospitality and great food
