Position: Sentinel
As the world’s largest graffiti removal company and one of Canada’s fastest-growing organizations, we are looking for driven, competitive, and motivated individuals to join our team as a Sentinel. This is a part-time, entry-level role with paid training. With flexible scheduling excluding weekends and evenings.
Why This Role is Different
This role focuses on identifying and generating service opportunities through field inspections. As a Sentinel, your job is to identify service opportunities in the field and turn observations into results. Your performance directly impacts company growth and your own advancement.

What You’ll Do
- Follow assigned routes to identify graffiti and property maintenance opportunities
- Generate new sales leads by spotting opportunities
- Consistently hit or exceed daily production goals
- Accurately document opportunities and submit reports
- Represent the company with professionalism and confidence
What We’re Looking For

- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Compensation
- $18.00 an hour to start
- 5% commission on all new sales generated
