Recooty is looking for a passionate and data-driven SEO Executive (Associate Level) to join our fast-growing team. Responsibilities:

• Perform in-depth keyword research to guide content and web strategy
• Optimize website content, meta tags, headings, and internal linking for on-page SEO
• Plan and execute off-page SEO strategies, including backlink outreach and guest posting
• Conduct regular SEO audits to identify and fix technical issues
• Track key SEO KPIs such as organic traffic, search rankings, bounce rates, and conversions
• Monitor website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and Semrush
• Stay updated with the latest search engine algorithms and SEO trends
• Collaborate with content writers, developers, and designers to ensure SEO best practices are implemented

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience as an SEO Executive or in a similar digital marketing role
• Strong knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO
• Hands-on experience with tools such as Ahrefs, Semrush, Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ubersuggest, etc.
• Familiarity with ranking algorithms and search engine behavior
• Excellent analytical, communication, and reporting skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field preferred

Good to Have

• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and website structure
• Experience with CMS platforms like WordPress or Webflow
• Exposure to B2B SaaS or startup ecosystems
