About the Role

We are looking for a result-oriented Senior SEO Manager with *deep knowledge of SEO across multiple platforms* including Google, YouTube, Pinterest, and e-commerce product SEO. The ideal candidate must have a *proven track record of delivering measurable traffic growth and improved rankings* while managing SEO end to end.

Key Responsibilities

*SEO Strategy & Execution*

* Develop and implement SEO strategies across *websites, YouTube, Pinterest, and e-commerce product pages*.

* Conduct *advanced keyword and product research* to align with high-intent traffic opportunities.

* Stay ahead of *algorithm updates and new SEO tools* to ensure consistent growth.

*Technical SEO*

* Perform detailed site audits and resolve issues related to crawlability, indexing, and speed.

* Implement structured data, schema markup, and maintain optimal website architecture.

* Work with developers to ensure technical SEO best practices are followed.

*On-Page & Content Optimization*

* Optimize landing pages, blogs, product listings, and YouTube metadata for higher rankings.

* Collaborate with content teams to ensure SEO-friendly copy without compromising quality.

*Off-Page SEO & Growth*

* Build and manage *white-hat link-building and outreach campaigns*.

* Leverage Pinterest and other discovery platforms to grow referral traffic.

* Strengthen brand authority through PR mentions and backlink strategies.

*Analytics & Reporting*

* Monitor and report performance using *GA4, Search Console, YouTube Analytics, Pinterest Analytics, and SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, etc.)*

* Provide clear insights on keyword rankings, traffic improvements, and ROI impact.

Key Requirements

* Minimum *2+ years of hands-on SEO experience* with proven growth record.

* Strong expertise in *technical SEO, keyword/product research, content SEO, and YouTube optimization.*

* Practical knowledge of *Google Tag Manager, Search Console, GA4, and leading SEO tools.*

* Ability to manage *multi-platform SEO strategies* (web, video, and product SEO).

* Performance-driven mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.

* Up-to-date with *Google, YouTube, and Pinterest algorithm changes.*

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
