Role Overview
We are looking for a results-driven SEO Executive to own and execute organic growth strategies for our e-commerce stores. This role is not limited to rankings and traffic—it is directly responsible for driving qualified traffic that converts into sales.
You will work closely with content, design, development, and performance marketing teams to scale organic revenue, improve product discoverability, and maximize conversion opportunities across our online stores.
Key Responsibilities
SEO Strategy & Execution
- Develop and execute SEO strategies focused on revenue growth, not just traffic
- Identify high-intent keywords that directly support product sales and category growth
- Optimize product pages, collection pages, and landing pages for search visibility and conversions
- Manage on-page, technical, and content SEO initiatives end to end
E-commerce Optimization
- Optimize product titles, descriptions, metadata, URLs, and internal linking
- Improve category page structure to support ranking and buyer intent
- Collaborate with developers to implement SEO best practices (site speed, indexing, schema, crawlability)
Content & Growth
- Plan and guide SEO-driven content that supports purchase intent
- Identify content gaps and expansion opportunities for scaling organic reach
- Support blog and marketing page optimization with a conversion-first approach
Analytics & Performance Tracking
- Track and report SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, or SEMrush
- Measure success based on:
- Organic revenue
- Conversion rates
- Keyword rankings tied to sales
- Continuously test, analyze, and refine strategies based on performance data
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work with PPC teams to align organic and paid keyword strategies
- Coordinate with designers and developers to ensure SEO-friendly UX
- Support new product launches with SEO planning and execution
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2–5 years of hands-on SEO experience, preferably in e-commerce
- Proven track record of driving organic sales, not just traffic
- Strong understanding of:
- On-page SEO
- Technical SEO
- Keyword research and intent mapping
- Experience with SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, GSC, GA)
- Ability to work with developers and understand technical constraints
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, or custom e-commerce platforms
- Understanding of CRO fundamentals
- Experience working with large product catalogs
- Familiarity with schema markup for products and collections

- Growth in organic revenue
- Improvement in organic conversion rate
- Increase in rankings for high-intent, transactional keywords
- Expansion of indexed and ranking product/category pages
- Contribution to overall sales growth
