We are seeking a talented and motivated SEO Executive to join our digital marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of search engine optimization techniques, algorithms, and best practices. The SEO Executive will be responsible for implementing effective SEO strategies to enhance our online presence, drive organic traffic, and improve search engine rankings.

Responsibilities:

• Perform keyword research to identify relevant and high-performing keywords for our industry and target audience.
• Optimize website content, including titles, meta descriptions, headings, and image alt tags, to improve search engine visibility.
• Conduct on-page optimization, including URL structure, internal linking, and content optimization to improve user experience and search engine rankings.
• Monitor and analyze website performance using SEO tools and platforms. Generate regular reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights for continuous improvement.
• Identify and rectify technical SEO issues, such as crawl errors, broken links, and website speed optimization.
• Collaborate with content creators to develop and execute content strategies that align with SEO goals and target keywords.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and changes in SEO algorithms and search engine guidelines.
• Manage and optimize off-page SEO efforts, including link building, social media engagement, and influencer outreach.
• Assist in the development and execution of link-building strategies to improve domain authority and increase backlinks.
• Work closely with the development team to ensure proper implementation of SEO recommendations and best practices.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to proactively identify opportunities and challenges.
• Contribute to the development of SEO best practices and guidelines within the organization.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an SEO Executive or similar role.
• Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
• Proficiency in using SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Moz, etc.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and website architecture.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented and organized approach to work.
• Knowledge of content management systems (CMS) and website platforms.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Google Analytics and Google Ads certifications.
• Experience with local SEO and e-commerce SEO strategies.
• Knowledge of technical SEO aspects, including schema markup, canonical tags, and site indexing.
• Understanding of mobile SEO and responsive design principles.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
