Myer is looking for a SEO Manager to lead our best-in-class organic search strategy. You will champion the delivery of an exceptional customer experience while ensuring business objectives including organic traffic growth, conversion and overall trade performance that are consistently met.

About the role:

• Full responsibility to drive performance of your digital marketing channel(s), ensuring associated KPIs are continually monitored, optimised towards and achieved
• Drive the roadmap to ensure an innovative, efficient and effective approach at all times, testing and learning to ensure Myer is continually at the very forefront of traditional SEO and GEO practices.
• Ideate, lead and contribute to company-wide projects, both technical and operational in nature
• Establish and develop ways of working across the wider business and with external stakeholders to streamline processes and drive working efficiencies
• Reporting and analysis back to both the team and wider business as required, both ad-hoc and through data visualisation tools
• Manage external agencies and tech partners to ensure their outputs are maximised and making an impact to Myer
• Lead a small team. Ensure the team are motivated and continually learning and developing
• Assist with managing budgets within your remit, ensuring profitability of all investments including tech, agency and media costs

About you:

• 4+ years’ experience working within SEO
• Demonstrable experience implementing SEO strategies for large scale organisations, preferably within retail / eCommerce
• Highly analytical and driven by data – always asking ‘why’ and looking to test & learn
• Ability to manage large technical projects from start to finish, mobilising a number of different stakeholders to deliver positive change
• Strong technical understanding of digital marketing tracking, measurement, and attribution
• Experience with SEO-friendly content delivery and optimisation, both onsite and offsite
• Commercially minded, with an understanding of how digital marketing KPIs assist in driving business objectives
• Hands-on experience within digital marketing platforms/tools as necessary to the role
• Highly organised with very strong attention to detail · Strong leader, with the ability to motivate and mobilise a team to be reactive to change
