We are seeking a performance-driven, highly skilled Senior SEO Executive with a proven track record of scaling websites. The ideal candidate is analytical, strategic, and hands-on someone who deeply understands Google algorithms, keyword strategy, E-E-A-T, content SEO, technical SEO, and backlink growth. Increase organic traffic, improve keyword rankings, boost visibility, and contribute to conversion growth for Housed.

• SEO Strategy & Growth
• Develop and execute advanced SEO strategies aligned with business and growth targets.
• Lead keyword research, competitive analysis, market gaps, and long-tail keyword mapping.
• Build scalable SEO funnels for top, mid, and bottom-of-funnel buyer intent keywords.
• On-Page & Content SEO
• Strategize and optimise landing pages, blogs, city pages, and project pages for maximum search visibility.
• Work closely with content teams to ensure structured, intent-driven, keyword-optimized content aligned with E-E-A-T.
• Technical SEO.
• Identify and fix crawling, indexing, internal linking, schema markup, page speed, and core web vitals issues.
• Conduct periodic site audits and work with development teams to improve website SEO hygiene Off-Page SEO
• Build high authority backlink strategies through outreach, digital PR, HARO, guest posts, and brand mentions.
• Monitor backlink health and ensure compliance with Google guidelines.
• Performance Measurement- Track performance through Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush/Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and other tools.
• Create weekly/monthly performance dashboards and share ranking/traffic insights.
• KPIs You Will Own Organic Traffic Growth
• Keyword Ranking Movements (Top 10, Top 3, Featured Snippets)
• Domain Authority/Rating Improvement
• Conversions & Lead Contribution from Organic
• Bounce Rate, Core Web Vitals & CTR Improvements
• Indexed Pages & Crawl Efficiency.
