Position: SEO Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated SEO Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about optimizing websites to achieve strong search engine performance and contribute to our clients' digital success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive relevant traffic.
• Perform ongoing keyword research, including discovery and expansion of keyword opportunities.
• Conduct website audits to identify technical SEO issues and work with the development team to resolve them.
• Optimize on-page elements including meta tags, headers, URLs, and content for better search engine visibility.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, search engine algorithm updates, and industry best practices.
• Monitor and analyze SEO performance metrics, providing regular performance reports to clients, help to review SEO campaign performance, and work with other team members to help grow it.
• Collaborate with the content team to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented across content.
• Work to perform link building activities to increase domain authority and strengthen backlink profiles.
• Assist in developing and executing digital marketing strategies that align with client objectives.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in SEO, with a track record of improving organic rankings and traffic. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply as well.
• Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practices.
• Experience with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, or SEMrush.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to identify trends and insights.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain SEO concepts to clients and team members.
• A growth mindset and eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
