Overview:
We are seeking dedicated Servers who are able to communicate in both English and Mandarin to join our team.
Duties:
- Greet customers warmly and take their food and beverage orders
- Provide menu recommendations and answer questions about menu items
- Serve food and beverages promptly and accurately
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
- Process payments using POS systems
- Assist in food preparation and help with kitchen tasks as needed
Skills:
- Experience in the restaurant or food industry is preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food safety practices
