We are seeking an energetic and attentive Server to join our vibrant food service team. Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm, offering recommendations and upselling where appropriate to enhance the dining experience
• Accurately take food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring all special requests are noted and communicated to the kitchen
• Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation, sanitation, and food safety protocols
• Manage guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns promptly, and ensuring overall satisfaction throughout their visit
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling, cashiering, and processing payments via POS systems like OpenTable or other digital platforms
• Assist with food handling, food preparation support, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas to uphold sanitation standards
• Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure seamless service flow during busy hours such as nights or weekends

Experience

• Previous restaurant experience in a food service environment is required; fine dining or nightclub experience is highly desirable
• Familiarity with POS systems including Aloha POS, Micros POS, and OpenTable for order entry and reservations management
• Demonstrated skills in customer service, upselling techniques, and guest relations to foster positive experiences
• Knowledge of food safety regulations, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
• Experience in serving in high-volume settings with strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently
• Background in hospitality or food industry roles such as host/hostess or bussing staff is a plus
• Basic math skills for accurate cash handling, billing, and transaction processing
