We are seeking a friendly and efficient Server to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent guest service skills, basic math skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Duties:
- Greet guests and take their orders
- Enter orders into the POS system accurately
- Serve food and beverages to guests
- Clear tables and reset them for new guests
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
- Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area
- Maintain knowledge of menu items, specials, and promotions
- Address guest concerns or complaints promptly and professionally
Skills:
- Excellent guest service skills with a positive attitude
- Basic math skills for cash handling and making change
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Ability to work well with others as part of a team
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
