JOB DESCRIPTION
Aspire2B is searching for Servers/Bartenders for our Buffalo Wild Wings Concept this position impacts the long- term viability of the company by welcoming the guest, describing food/beverage, ensuring alcohol compliance, taking orders, delivering, and growing revenue in the restaurant.
YOU WILL:
- Create a sense of community with guests.
- Inform guests of specials and/or promotions and suggests items.
- Sets-up, maintain, and operate the dining and bar area.
- Check guest identification to ensure age requirements for consumption of alcoholic beverages.
- Takes drink and food orders and accurately inputs into register system.
- Resolve guest complaints, investigates problems, and identifies solutions.
- Adhere to SERV Safe Alcohol, Food and HACCP standards, Federal/State/Local laws, and company policies.
- Develop strong working relationships within the team.
