The Position: We’re looking for a Server, part-time with the possibility of full-time. The pay range depends on experience; we offer an hourly rate plus average tips of approximately $4/hour.

Requirements:

• 1 year of experience working in customer service and a kitchen environment is an asset.
• A friendly disposition and a passionate work ethic.
• Ability to work a combination of days, evenings, and weekends.
• Food Safety and Serving It Right certifications are assets.
• A great communicator and listener.

Responsibilities:

• Greeting customers, bringing orders to guests at their table
• Knowledge of the menu, wine and beer list to help describe flavours and ingredients to guests
• Answering the phone with a friendly tone, taking reservations, and helping with customer queries.
• Helping to maintain a clean restaurant environment at all times, following a checklist and schedule and maintaining a sanitary space.
• Teamwork / able to share the workload with other team members and help with other kitchen duties as required
• Able to work in a busy restaurant environment
• Open table app managing is an asset

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $17.40-$19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
