This position is ideal for individuals with a passion for hospitality and a commitment to delivering outstanding service. *Duties* - Greet guests promptly and courteously upon arrival. - Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverage offerings. - Take accurate food and drink orders using a point-of-sale system. - Serve food and beverages in a timely manner, ensuring presentation meets restaurant standards. - Assist with bussing tables to maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area. - Handle cash transactions accurately, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed. - Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow and address any guest concerns or special requests. - Maintain knowledge of menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods, to assist guests effectively. - Uphold high standards of food safety and hygiene practices in accordance with health regulations. *Skills* - Previous experience in fine dining or nightclub settings is highly desirable. - Strong hospitality skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests. - Proficient in cash handling and basic math skills for accurate transaction processing. - Knowledge of food handling procedures to ensure guest safety and satisfaction. - Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members. - Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. - A sales-oriented mindset to promote menu items and enhance the dining experience for guests.
